International renters are required to carry a comprehensive protection package due to Florida licensing regulations.

US residents need a valid driver's license in their name plus a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex) — debit cards are not accepted for the security deposit hold.

International visitors should also bring a valid passport. If your driver's license uses a non-Latin alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Russian), you must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in your home country.

A refundable security deposit of $1,500–$5,000 (depending on vehicle class) will be placed as a hold on your credit card at delivery.

The deposit is fully released within 5–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

Yes — open-top vehicles are one of the most popular choices for South Beach and Ocean Drive drives, and we keep a dedicated roster of convertibles and roadsters in our fleet.

Current convertible options include the McLaren 720S Spider, Ferrari Portofino M, Bentley Continental GT Convertible, and Porsche 718 Boxster — all available for 1-day to multi-week rentals.

Weekend demand for convertibles is high between March and October. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for weekend availability.

Rates start at $340 daily for the Porsche 718 Boxster and go up to $1,400 daily for the Bentley Continental GT Convertible.

No hidden fees — pricing is shown upfront per day and per week, and your quote will itemize every cost before you confirm.

SunPass / EZPass toll transponders are included in every vehicle at no charge. Toll fees themselves are billed to you post-rental at face value with no markup.

Delivery fees, if applicable for zones outside our standard Miami coverage area, are quoted before booking — never added as a surprise at pickup.

Late return fees: vehicles returned more than 60 minutes past the agreed time are subject to a 1-day rate charge. Fuel policy: return the vehicle at the same fuel level it was delivered.

Yes — additional drivers can be added to any rental agreement at no extra charge, provided they meet the same age and license requirements as the primary renter.

Each additional driver must be present at delivery with a valid driver's license for inspection and documentation.

We recommend listing all intended drivers in advance when submitting your quote request, so we can prepare paperwork ahead of delivery and minimize wait time.

The standard minimum rental period is 1 full day (24 hours) for most vehicles in our Miami fleet.

For ultra-high-performance vehicles such as the Lamborghini Huracan STO or Ferrari SF90, a 2-day minimum may apply depending on the time of year and availability.

Weekly rentals (7 days) offer the best value — rates are approximately 20% lower per day than the single-day price. Multi-week discounts are available — contact us for a custom quote.

Monthly arrangements for film productions, corporate events, and extended stays in South Florida are handled on a case-by-case basis with negotiated pricing.

All traffic and parking violations incurred during your rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.

If a citation is mailed to us after the rental, we will forward it to the contact information on your rental agreement and may charge a $35 administrative processing fee.

Red-light camera violations and toll infractions will be billed to the credit card on file within 30 days of the incident, along with a $25 administrative fee per citation.

We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with Florida parking regulations, especially in Miami Beach, South Beach, and Wynwood — enforcement is active 7 days a week.

Out-of-state travel must be pre-authorized in writing before the rental begins — it is not permitted by default under our standard rental agreement.

Approved out-of-state zones typically include neighboring states (Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina) for multi-day trips. Travel to New York, California, or internationally is not permitted.

An out-of-state travel endorsement fee may apply, and additional insurance documentation will be required.

Violations of the out-of-state policy may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and full forfeiture of the security deposit.
